visaliaacpro.com is operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. Sequoia Air Repair is a free matching service. We connect Visalia-area homeowners with independent, licensed local HVAC contractors — we're not the company performing the repair, and we don't charge homeowners for the referral.
Referral / matching service — not a contractor
We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee HVAC repair, replacement, or installation work. Any work performed is done entirely by the independent third-party provider you're matched with, under their own license and their own agreement with you. HVAC work in California requires a CSLB C-20 license (claude_FACTS_CA_STATE.md CA-006). We match you with providers who report holding a current C-20 license — verify any contractor yourself before hiring using the CSLB "Check a License" tool at cslb.ca.gov.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request or opt in to SMS communications through this site.
SMS program description
By opting in through our request form, you agree to receive text messages from Sequoia Air Repair and the independent, licensed HVAC provider matched to your request related to your specific service request. Message frequency may vary based on your request and the matching process. Message and data rates may apply — check with your carrier. This program is transactional (related to a specific service request), not promotional marketing.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us via our contact page.
Carrier liability disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for issues arising from your carrier's network, device compatibility, or message delivery outside our control.
Consent and one-to-one matching
Consent given at submission names the receiving parties: Sequoia Air Repair and the specific independent provider matched to your request. If your request is later matched to a different provider not named at the time you submitted it, we obtain fresh consent from you before that provider sends any automated marketing communication.
Call recording
California is an all-party consent state for call recording (California Penal Code §632). If your call is recorded for quality or training, you will hear a short disclosure at the start of the call, and by staying on the line you consent to that recording.
No warranty on matched providers
While we match you with providers who report holding a current CSLB C-20 license, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, licensing status, insurance, or workmanship of any independent provider. Verify any contractor's license and insurance yourself before authorizing work, and resolve any dispute about the work performed directly with that contractor.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by an independent provider matched through this service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
